1. Prices and who can buy
For businesses only (§14 BGB). All prices net, plus VAT. The current plans are Solo €19, Team €49, Scale €149 per month. Nothing is metered on top: no browser-minutes, no per-page or bandwidth fees, no add-ons.
2. How billing works
- Payment is by card through Stripe, monthly in advance. Your first period starts when checkout completes; each renewal is charged on the same day of the month.
- Checkout asks for your billing address and, where you have one, your VAT ID. VAT is calculated by Stripe Tax: German customers pay German VAT; for businesses in another EU member state with a valid VAT ID the reverse charge applies; outside the EU the local rules apply.
- Stripe issues an invoice for every payment, showing the VAT treatment. You find all invoices in the billing portal (dashboard → billing → manage billing), and in your data export.
- Charges appear on your card statement as [PLACEHOLDER: card statement descriptor set in Stripe, e.g. FLATBROWSER].
- Plan changes, payment methods and billing details are managed in the billing portal.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason, in the billing portal or by closing your organisation in the dashboard. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for; until then the service keeps running. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. After the service ends your data stays downloadable for 30 days — see switching and export.
4. Refunds
- We do not refund the unused part of a billing period after you cancel or downgrade.
- If we cannot provide the service for reasons on our side, or terminate your contract without cause in your conduct, we refund the fees for the period we did not serve.
- We cancel and refund a subscription ourselves when we may not serve it — for example a billing address in Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Cuba, which we do not serve because of EU sanctions.
- A charge made in error (a duplicate payment, a wrong amount) is always refunded. Tell us and we fix it.
- Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
5. When a payment fails
If a renewal payment fails or your bank asks for authentication, Stripe emails you a link to complete or update the payment and retries it over the following days. Your workers keep running for 7 days after the first failed attempt. If the invoice is still unpaid after that, your workers are removed until it is paid; your account, API keys and data stay, and the workers come back automatically once the payment succeeds. If the payment still fails at the end of the retry schedule, the subscription is cancelled.
6. Billing questions and disputes
Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank: write to [PLACEHOLDER: billing contact email (monitored, e.g. billing@)] with the invoice number. Most billing problems are a refund or a corrected invoice away, which is faster for you than a chargeback.
If a payment is disputed with the card issuer, reported as fraudulent, or refunded in full, we put the account on a billing hold: running sessions end, workers are removed, the subscription is cancelled, and a new subscription cannot be started from the dashboard until the matter is resolved. You receive a statement of reasons by email (Terms §7), and your data stays exportable. Once the dispute is resolved in your favour, or withdrawn, we lift the hold.
7. Price changes
We may change plan prices once per calendar year, with at least [PLACEHOLDER: notice period for a price change, e.g. 30 days] notice by email. You can cancel with effect from the day before the new price applies (Terms §4).
8. Contact
Billing: [PLACEHOLDER: billing contact email (monitored, e.g. billing@)] · general: [PLACEHOLDER: general contact email] · provider details: Impressum. The full contractual terms are in the Terms of Service; where this page and the Terms differ, the Terms prevail.
